Introduction to Scenic Spots
Qinglong Waterfall, a rare giant waterfall group in East China, is hidden deep in the bamboo sea of Yongtai Yunding Scenic Area. The main waterfall has a drop of 80 meters, like a white dragon soaring, with four layers of cascading waterfalls and surging waves, causing the concentration of negative oxygen ions in the air to skyrocket. Follow the boardwalk through the canyon, admire the rainbow reflecting waterfall, moss painted walls, listen to thunder and water roar, and enjoy the healing journey of "forest breathing".
Natural Legend
Billions of years ago, volcanic eruptions created the embryonic form of canyons, and thousands of years of flowing water erosion carved out the wonder of five layered waterfalls. According to legend, when the third prince of the Dragon King transformed into a dragon, he braved clouds and rain here, leaving behind the auspicious sign of "Green Dragon Blowing Mist". The interweaving of millennium old vines and newly formed ferns on the cliff wall interprets the epic of natural succession.

Tourist Route
Tourist Center → Bamboo Sea Boardwalk (1.5km/40 minutes) → Qinglong Main Waterfall → Emerald Pool → Rainbow Trail → Red River Valley (approximately 3 hours), it is recommended to wear non slip shoes and bring replacement clothing.
best season
Rainy season (April June/September October): With abundant water, waterfalls roar and shake the valley.
Choose season carefully: During typhoon days (July August), the park may be temporarily closed, and the winter water volume is relatively low.
Transportation Guide
High speed rail: Take bus route 18 (1.5 hours/12 yuan) to Yongtai Station and reach Yunding Scenic Area.
Self driving: 1.5 hours from Fuzhou, navigate to "Yongtai Yunding Scenic Area".
Airport: Fuzhou Changle Airport → Scenic Area (Rent a car for about 180 yuan/2 hours).

Ticket: Yunding Scenic Area Pass is 198 yuan (including cableway, waterfall, and Tianchi).
Experience items: QQ Egg Residence accommodation (588 yuan/night), grass skiing on the grassland (30 yuan/time).

Opening hours: 8:30-17:00 (may be adjusted during the rainy season).
Climbing the waterfall area is prohibited, do not feed fish in the pond, and take garbage to the recycling point.
Luggage storage: Free storage at the tourist center (large luggage needs to be stored at the parking lot service booth).
Travel Tips
Bring waterproof phone case, mosquito repellent, taste Yongtai dried plums and scallion cakes. The waterfall has the highest water volume the day after rain, and taking photos in the morning can avoid crowds.
